From the first weekend we opened back in August 1999, one of our DJs, Mr. Aidan Kavanagh, was an immediate hit with everyone. He instantly understood what we were looking for and had all the right tunes to back it up. His brief was to lash out all the finest bits of swing, latin and retro to keep all our revellers boppin' away to the perfect cocktail soundtrack.

But they wanted more! After repeated requests from our regulars for mix tapes from our resident DJ, we decided to go all out. In December 2000 we printed off 1,000 copies of Aidan's "Xmas Pudding" and sent them out to our members and friends. The response was overwhelming!

Six months later we brought out "The Summer Soireé". It's hot sultry sound was made to give that cocktail party or barbecue a nice lift.

Our next two mixes took a more laid back direction. WindDown Volume 1 and 2 were created to ease that hangover and to help you get ready for another spectacular night @ The Sugar Club!

Modern Technology means now we can share our DJs best tunes with everyone and not just 1,000 of our closest mates...
